About us
A licensed Orlando contractor with a kitchen and bath showroom
Prime Construction designs and builds kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home renovations across Central Florida. Kitchens and cabinetry are the center of what we do (the company's legal name is still Prime Kitchens & More LLC): the showroom on Kingspointe Pkwy is full of cabinet and vanity displays, and most of our Google reviews are about kitchens.
How we work
Every project starts at your home. We measure, look at where the plumbing, gas and electrical run, and ask how you actually use the room. Those measurements become a 3D design, so you can see the layout and finishes before anything is ordered. You choose cabinets, counters, tile and fixtures with our designer in the showroom, we check every order against your selections, and then our crew and licensed trades build it.
Because we hold a Florida Certified General Contractor license (CGC1535686) and a Certified Plumbing Contractor license (CFC1433952), the construction and the plumbing are done under our own licenses. We pull the permits, meet the inspectors and close the permits out.
What our customers tell us they value is in their own words on Google: work that starts and finishes when we said, clean job sites, updates throughout the project and no hidden fees. We would rather earn the next review than make promises on a website, so the best way to judge us is to read the reviews and visit the showroom.

Our process
How a project runs with us
The same five steps on every kitchen, bath and renovation. Online requests get a call back within 24 to 48 hours.
- 01
We visit you at home
We measure the space, note where plumbing, gas and electrical run today, and ask how you use the room. The design starts at this visit.
- 02
3D design rendering
Your measurements become a 3D model, so you see the layout, cabinet heights and finishes before anything is ordered or torn out.
- 03
Material selection
You choose cabinets, counters, tile and fixtures with our designer in the Kingspointe Pkwy showroom, against the final design.
- 04
Ordering and permits
We order material, check every item against your selections, and pull the permits the scope needs.
- 05
We build, then walk it with you
Our crew and licensed trades do the work and pass inspections. We finish with a walk-through, room by room.

★★★★★
"I highly recommend. They are very honest and trustworthy processionals. We were able to leave our home with no worries of things being done correctly. They always sent us updates on the progress all the way until the job was complete. The price was affordable and they did not try to add upgrades along the way. We would hire them again in the future if we need more work done on our home."
