We visit you at home
We measure the space, note where plumbing, gas and electrical run today, and ask how you use the room. The design starts at this visit.

3D design rendering
Your measurements become a 3D model, so you see the layout, cabinet heights and finishes before anything is ordered or torn out.

Material selection
You choose cabinets, counters, tile and fixtures with our designer in the Kingspointe Pkwy showroom, against the final design.

Ordering and permits
We order material, check every item against your selections, and pull the permits the scope needs.

We build, then walk it with you
Our crew and licensed trades do the work and pass inspections. We finish with a walk-through, room by room.

Is Prime Construction a licensed contractor?
Yes. Prime Construction is a Florida Certified General Contractor, license CGC1535686, and a Certified Plumbing Contractor, license CFC1433952. Both licenses are held through Prime Kitchens & More LLC and can be checked by number on the state DBPR site at myfloridalicense.com. We are also fully insured.
What kind of projects do you take on?
Mostly kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels and whole-home renovations: cabinets, countertops, tile and flooring, walk-in showers, vanities, drywall and layout changes. As a certified general contractor we also handle home additions, window replacement and commercial interior build-outs. See all services.

Orlando and the rest of Orange County, plus Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties and the Davenport area of Polk County. That includes Winter Park, Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Sanford, Lake Mary, Oviedo, Clermont, Winter Garden, Windermere and Dr. Phillips. See all service areas.
How does a project start?
Call us or send the estimate form. We call back within 24 to 48 hours and set up a visit at your home to measure and talk through what you want. From those measurements we build a 3D design, you choose materials with our designer in the showroom, and you get a written estimate before anything is ordered.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes. The showroom is at 7922 Kingspointe Pkwy, Suite 110, Orlando, FL 32819, and is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. It has kitchen cabinet displays and bathroom vanities with LED mirrors. Call ahead so a designer is free to walk you through it.
Do you pull the permits?
Yes. When a project needs a permit we pull it as the licensed contractor, schedule the inspections and close it out. Plumbing work is permitted under our own plumbing license, so you do not need to find a separate plumber.
